In the current difficult economic climate we also provide advices on all aspects relevant to redundancy selection and procedure and provide draft documentation for assistance in the implementation of such cost-saving measures as might be dictated by current financial considerations.
We are happy to advise both employer and employee in relation to all aspects regarding termination of employment to including the drafting of or advising in relation to Compromise Agreements.
We provide representation at Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunals on a wide range of matters including claims of unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination and victimisation.
